Shipping and Delivery
Place your order by 12:00 PM (EST) Monday - Thursday and your order will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (EST) on Friday will ship on Monday. Our shipping options are based on business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping options and pricing are displayed during the checkout process. You may select the shipping method and cost that best fits your needs during the order process.

System Requirements
Our Computer Based Training products are stand-alone software. You do not need to be running the associated Autodesk product in order to take advantage of our training and support tools.
Hardware Requirements for our CBT products include:
– Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, XP or NT
– Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater
- Microsoft Windows Media Player 7+ with Windows Media Video 9 VCM
– 1024x768 screen resolution & 32 bit true color display required
– 64 MB Ram minimum, 128 Ram recommended
– Intel Pentium II 233 MHz minimum
– 200 MINIMUM MB hard disk space required for installation - some titles require more
– CD-ROM drive and mouse (or pointing device) needed for navigation
- Soundcard and speakers turned on and up.
If your system does not meet the requirements listed above, please follow the links to upgrade your version of Internet Explorer or Windows Media Player or set your Display Option accordingly. If you system does meet the outlined requirements and cannot be upgraded to do so, our CBT products will not run properly on your machine. See our interactive FAQ for technical questions.

If you are not totally satisfied with the product we have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We will gladly give you a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping costs). Please Note: Once the tutorial has been authorized, it is no longer returnable or refundable. However, you are able to view portions (up to 10% of the number of lessons) of the tutorial prior to authorization.
If for any reason there is a material defect with your CBT, the same will be replaced at no charge.

License and Registration
Every CBT needs to be registered in order to authorize the product for continued use. Registration is specific to the PC onto which the CD is loaded. Authorization is restricted to the number and type of licenses purchased.
Single User License - May be purchased instantly online.
A nontransferable single-user license that permits the purchaser to install the CBT content on no more than (2) computers in order for the purchaser to use the tools at home as well as the office. Duplication, sharing, multiple installations and/or electronic transmission of any content are in violation of 4D Technologies license agreement and U.S. Copyright and International Copyright Laws.
Multi-User License - Please contact 4D Technologies for pricing.
A nontransferable multi-user limited license that permits the purchaser to install the CBT content to be used by the specified number of users at a designated site. With this license the product may be installed on individual workstations, or accessed from a server. When loaded onto a server only one registration is required. Duplication of the CD and/or electronic transmission of any content is in violation of the 4D Technologies software license agreement. Please contact us directly if additional CD-ROM media are needed at the same licensed location.

A nontransferable single-user license that permits the purchaser to access the CBT content on no more than (2) computers in order for the purchaser to use the tools at home as well as at the learning institution. EDUCATIONAL LICENSES RUN FROM THE CD-ROM ONLY. They do not install content to the user's PC. They do not install Duplication, sharing, multiple installations and/or electronic transmission of any content are in violation of 4D Technologies license agreement and U.S. Copyright and International Copyright Laws.
4D Technologies Direct Licensing Agreements
With the purchase of an 4D Technologies Computer Based Training (CBT) User License as described above, the product may only be used in its original form and delivery presentation. 4D Technologies products may not be leased, rented, downloaded or used in any manner that may violate the copyright of 4D Technologies or its authors. The product may not be disassembled into smaller parts and may not be copied to any media, disk drive, or CD-ROM for distribution. Duplication, alteration, modification, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or reproduction in any way is strictly illegal and will be prosecuted to the full extent of International Copyright Laws.
